All rates include full breakfast, afternoon tea, and full use of the property’s facilities.

 

Additional Details

Rates:

Rates are quoted in USD and based on single/double occupancy per night. They are subject to a 10% service charge and a 14% government tax.

 

Deposit:

A 50% of the total is required to confirm reservation stays greater than 4 nights or all packages. For stays shorter than 4 nights, a 2-night deposit will be charged.

Holiday Season – Reservations during this period must be fully prepaid.

 

Credit Cards:

Esencia accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

 

Minimum Stay:

During the Holiday Season there is an 8-night minimum.

 

Children:

Children are welcomed year-round. There will be an extra charge of US $75 plus tax and service per night for children ages 3-12 (if staying in the same room as parents).

 

Cancellation:

High Season (winter,spring, fall)- All cancellations and changes are subject to a US$100.00 fee. Cancellations and changes within 14 days before arrival will lose deposit.

Low Season (summer)- All cancellations and changes are subject to a US$100.00 fee. Cancellations and changes within 7 days before arrival will lose deposit.

Holiday Season

If cancelled prior to 121 days from date of arrival reservation is fully refundable, minus the $100 fee.

Within 120-90 days prior to arrival reservation is refundable minus 25%.

Within 89-60 days prior to arrival the cancellation penalty is 50%.

Within 59 days the reservation is non refundable.

 

Airport Transfers:

Private transfers from Cancun International Airport are arranged upon request and are US $110.00 each way (for up to 6 people).

 

Meal Plan:

We offer a daily meal plan which includes 2 meals (lunch and dinner). No drinks included. Meal plan must be purchased prior to arrival.

Adult: $95 per day plus tax and service

Children: $50 per day plus tax and service

**Add drinks (wine by the glass, selected cocktails, domestic beer, juice and soda) to your meal plan for an extra $50 per adult.
